There should be a word to describe the build up of unexpressed emotions that introverts feel. Because I’m so afraid to say how I feel, these emotions slowing build up acting like a sort of puss behind flesh walls built up by fear. When the flesh walls eventually break, it squirts uncontrollably everywhere and leaves a scar. But if I talked about every anxiety I ever had, I couldn’t live a normal life. Just something personal
